This notice has been prepared by Hull City Academy Türkiye in its capacity as data controller, pursuant to Article 10 of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

1. Data Controller

Your personal data may be processed by Hull City Academy Türkiye as data controller within the scope explained below.

2. Personal Data Processed

Identity data: Athlete full name, date of birth, gender; parent full name
Contact data: Phone number, e-mail address, city
Sporting data: Football experience, preferred position, preferred programme and location
Transaction security data: IP address, browser information, timestamp
Marketing data: Your communication consent, where explicitly given

3. Purposes of Processing

Managing application and registration processes
Planning and organising trial sessions
Monitoring and reporting athlete development
Responding to requests and complaints
Carrying out promotional and announcement activities where you have given explicit consent
Operating information security processes
Conducting activities in compliance with legislation

4. Legal Basis

Your personal data is processed on the following legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK:

Being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract
Compliance with the data controller's legal obligations
Being necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms
Your explicit consent, in respect of marketing activities

5. Method of Collection

Your personal data is collected electronically and physically through the application and contact forms on our website, e-mail, telephone and face-to-face meetings.

6. Transfers

Your personal data may be transferred to authorised public institutions within the scope of legal obligations, to our hosting and communication infrastructure providers, and to Hull City AFC strictly within the scope of academy activities and with parental consent. Where transfers abroad occur, the conditions in Article 9 of the KVKK are observed.

7. Retention Period

Your data is retained for the period necessary for the purpose of processing and for the statutory retention periods set out in the relevant legislation. On expiry, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

8. Rights of the Data Subject (KVKK Art. 11)

As a data subject, you have the following rights:

To learn whether your personal data is being processed
To request information if it has been processed
To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose
To know the third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad
To request rectification where data is incomplete or inaccurate
To request erasure or destruction under the conditions of Article 7 of the KVKK
To request that rectification, erasure and destruction be notified to third parties to whom data was transferred
To object to an adverse outcome arising from analysis carried out solely by automated systems
To claim compensation where you suffer loss due to unlawful processing

9. How to Apply

You may submit requests relating to the rights above, together with documents verifying your identity, to info@hullcityfootballacademy.com. Your request will be concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest.
