Frequency and duration vary by age group. Tiger Cubs train twice a week for 60 minutes, the Development Group twice a week for 75 minutes, the Performance Group three times a week for 90 minutes, and the Elite Academy four times a week for 105 minutes.

Sessions are delivered in groups of a maximum of 12 athletes. Each group is accompanied by one head coach and one assistant coach. This ratio ensures every athlete is monitored individually and receives corrective feedback.

Athletes undergo comprehensive assessment three times a year (start, middle and end of term). They are scored on technical skills, physical parameters, in-game decisions and attitude. Results are compiled into an individual development report and shared at parent briefing meetings.
