A competition-focused programme developing tactical intelligence and positional understanding.

Programme Content

The Performance Group focuses on developing game reading and decision-making in athletes with a solid technical base. The question of "how" is now joined by "when" and "why".

Structured sessions cover positional play, pressing organisation, attacking transitions and defensive shapes. Video analysis support is introduced at this level.

Athletes regularly take part in friendly matches and tournaments. Physical development is supported with age-appropriate strength and endurance work.
